Why I hate when it rains in Los Angeles

I remember those rainy LA days. I'd get stuck at home because PCH would be covered in mud and boulders.

 

What's even weirder that LA residents driving reaction to rain is Seattle residents reaction. They freak out like LA peeps do...but it rains here ALL WINTER!!! How are they not used to it? It drives me f'n crazy!

Its a love and hate relationship when it rains in LA.

 

Since it doesn't rain often a little drizzle is nice, its a little romantic, its a free car wash and I sleep better. Then I hate the "worst than usual" traffic. You have those that drive way too slow than the idiots that think they're Nascar drivers and then BOOM!! and there's me still sitting in traffic : (
