Have you tried finding your dress online? I used gownfind.com the other day & found a BM dress for $100 less.

Hmm, I have a friend who use to do stuff LIKE that (not any wedding dresses that I know of). She lives in Phoenix now, I'll ask her if she knows of anyone though. It might be a long shot, but it's worth a try.

Don't worry about the lace just yet. My dress was lace but sneaky they put a border on the end that you couldn't tell and they can take that off alter it and sew it back on and doesn't ruin the dress and b/c of that it makes it easier and doesn't add expense. So cross your fingers and don't worry just yet till you get your dress. Good luck!!
