Speaking of which, the FI and I were discussing signing papers at home (and keeping it hush hush from the general public), and then on 08/08/08 doing the renewal of vows ceremony instead of the civic ceremony.. (save on the paperwork, translation, and blood tests) and the date he picked on the calender to sign papers was actually June 27.. and I slyly asked him "So.. is there any significance to that day.................. aside from your birthday??" LOL he thought I forgot it was his bday!! It was soo funny.. hehe!!! Anyhow.. that way we get to celebrate our anniversary twice a year!!

We are doing the same thing at the Princess resort..we are signing all the papers here, then having a "symbolic" ceremony at the princess. It's the exact same ceremony, except you don't sign the papers afterwards..or get the blood tests done! It was the same cost as the Serenity package.
