Will you wear flip-flops, bare feet, or traditional shoes

Recommended Posts

thanks for the link..

ive already expressed to the girls that i am going barefoot and that i would like them to go barefoot also.. they all wear their feet out during the summer so i cant see y it should be a problem.. when i 1st started planning for this wedding, i bought the girls some pink flipflops with sequins on them to put in their bags.. so they can wear those for the reception if they choose or they can purchase sandals since it will be inside.. i think it cuts an expense for them becuz i am purchasing the barefoot sandal for them..

i think they are just perfect for the beach atmosphere..:)

i have to have heels! My FH is over a foot taller than me, all 3 GM are over 6', 2 BM are 5'8. I am 5'3". I don't want to look like the little girl playing dress up on my wedding day. I have wedge flip flops aka "Stripper Flops" because they have a 4" heel. I'll wear normal heels at the reception when we aren't in sand.

It was either heeled flops or a be-dazzled step ladder!

Word of caution...be sure to practice waling in those "stripper flip-flops". I had a pair for the beach last summer and almost broke my ankle a few times trying to walk on the sand. It take VERY good balance and nerves may make it worse! The sand moves when your weight is on the shoes which make walking a little tricky!oops.gif
