Does it slow down the forum if you leave it open all day?

I tend to have the forum open with the window minimized during the day so I can check it when i have some free time. But, I just started to wonder if having one more person on the forum, even if I'm not opening anything can use up some of the server power & slow everything down for anyone else searching. If so, I'll start closing when I'm not using it.

I sometimes leave it open all day too. I'm pretty sure it won't slow it down though because whatever page you have open is just a static page and not reloading or changing at all until you click something.
