Q&a For Guest

I created a q&a for guest, many of my guest had a questions about travel

to Cabo. After sending the q&a guest start book their hotel/airfare.

The q&a was a spark to get a reponse. I mailed save the date in aug 07, created a website in aug 07,then mailed a q&a this month. Maybe this will help anyone who is getting a slow response from their guest. See below

We have received several questions regarding travel to Los Cabos,Mexico. To answer all questions please see Q&A below:

 

Q. When can I book hotel reservation:

A .___________ are accepting reservations. The room rate is $190.00 per night +plus tax for single, double or quad.

 

 

Q .When is the last day to book a hotel reservation under the group rate:

A. Last day to book is May 15,2008

 

Q. What happens if I miss the hotel reservation deadline for group rate:

A. Whatever the regular room rate is at that time. Normal room rate is $300.00 + per night,

per person

 

Q. Is the Hilton all-inclusive

A .No

 

Q. How much is airfare?

A. Airfare can range from $475.00- $550.00 + per person. Closer to the departure date subject to higher rates or limited availability

 

Q. Can I book my air reservations with the selected Travel Agent

A. Yes

 

Q. When is the last day to RSVP?

A. May 15, 2008 via the weddinmg website or Travel Ageny

 

Q. Do I have to book my hotel reservations with the selected Travel Agent

 

Q. Can I use Hilton rewards point

A. That will depend on the hotel availability for awards points.

 

Q. When will we (bride & groom) arrive in Los Cabos

A. For our privacy we will not release that information. We will greet everyone at the welcome reception on July 11, 2008.

 

Q. Passports:

A. If you have not applied for a passport please apply by January 31, 2008. Please allow 2-4 months or longer before receicing a passport after the applicantion is

sumbittted. If you have questions please contact the United Postal Service or your local government. Passports are required!!

that is too funny, with the holidays I know that some people forgot
but this was good way to see who is serious about attending the wedding w/o calling

I have had STD drama and haven't gotten them out yet, though the website has been up since October. I guess people forgot how to use the internet. Anyway, I'm hoping by getting the STDs out on MOnday I can get some more certain answers. If not, I may have to borrow your Q&A page as (yet another) gentle reminder.

After mailing the q&a my TA have confirmed 2 bookings beside the wedding party.
