My meeting with Chandlyn is set up for 10am the day after we arrive. She told me to meet her in the lobby...

I should probably arrange a meeting time with her too! Yikes! We fly to Jamaica 3 weeks tomorrow!

when i got to j i went to the front desk and they called her to set up a time...

I met her in the lobby per her request. She's tall skinny with wavy long hair. I just told the front desk I was there for Chandlyn and they told her I was there.

her attitude was great to me. She was calm and understanign of my requests. she knew whn i didnt like somehting adn didnt want to say

she did an awesome job thus we gave her a big tip

Does anyone know who Shally-Ann is? I just wrote to Chandlyn to request a meeting time with her, and I got this back:

Where did Chandlyn go? I am sure Shally-Ann is great, but I've been dealing with Chandlyn for the past year of planning, it's weird that this Shally-Ann is suddenly the one meeting me? Thoughts?
