"New Resort Opening May 1 2011" NOW LARIMAR ~ PUNTA CANA

 Now Resorts is taking over the NH Real Arena Resort.....Anyone here anything about it, or have any info?  I'm considering this resort for my wedding after the take over

I don't have any info on it but I just wanted to comment.

It does look beautiful but things like this make me nervous.  Sometimes guests, brides, etc. get "lost" in transition and then things that are supposed to be done for the takeover by a certain time end up taking longer than expected which may or may not affect your wedding.

I would be a little bit hesitant to pick a resort that would be going through a transition around the time of my wedding.

When is your date?

Yes they allow it, you just have to purchase a day pass to bring him/her in. I think it costs $70 pp.

Are you having trouble getting them to lock in rates that far in advance?  That's my issue which is why I may consider having it Nov 2011.  My TA is trying to see if she can get me the special rates there having now for next year.  Can u send me the WC info please=) .  So happy to hear someone else is booking there!!!  I'm still not 100% but it's a top contender.

I know! It would definitely be nice to get the $98 pnpp! But So far the best I got for next year is $116 pnpp... But they do have a booking special where every 6th room is free, I'm not sure how many you are trying to book but we would be booking 20 and have decided to just divide the 3 rooms free among the guests to bring down their cost a bit. But hey, if you can lock those special rates in let me know!!!
