Hello All!!!!

 

For those who have and/or are going to use Jellyfish Restaurant I would like to know if there is a bar upstairs. I was thinking it would be nice to have the cocktail hour upstairs and eat dinner downstair. After cocktail hour, upstairs would be a loung area.

 

Let me know how this sounds please!

I am getting married at the Jellyfish February 26, 2011! I am not sure if there is a bar definitely upstairs but I have heard of people having a small reception up there so I am assuming there must be. We rented out the place for the night so I think we are having the reception and cocktail hour outside (weather permitting). I actually havent heard back from Mayte in a few days and I am getting nervous!

I actually had my wedding reception (March 2009) there...very small group of 15 total. We were seated upstairs and there is no bar up there but there are great views of the beach. However, if you are reserving the entire place, they can probably set one up there for you.

I have been doing lots of research on various wedding venues all around Mexico, my fiance wants a destination wedding and I am happy to have a wedding wherever so long as the vibe is right and guests are happy!  I have been seriously looking at Cabo Azul and was trying to find potential costs for them, but only found a page about their wedding costs from 2010.
