OOT bag welcome letter

Anyone have ideas/pictures of their OOT bag welcome note/letter that they put in the bag?

I am doing a welcome book that looks like a passport (using the passport invite template). That way it is small enough for a purse or pocket. Here is what I have so far in the Table of Contents:

I will be doing a brochure on Cabo and the resorts (as many are staying elsewhere). For the personal note, I used Vista print to make postcards of a picture of the arch in Cabo on the front. A line thanking them for joining us on the back. We are going to write them each a personal post card and put it in the bag. It cost me 2.99 + shipping for 100 cards.

Thnx for posting this thread. I'm so burnt out on DIY projects. All I've wanted is a template welcome letter to include with my Welcome Bag where I can just plug in my name and wedding location and be finished with it. These ideas are great.

Here is the one I am using. It is geared towards a cruise wedding but you might be able to make it work.

This is my welcome letter. I stole it from someone here, I can't remember who though. I just tailored it to my wedding since we're on a cruise.

Dear Family and Friends,

The waiting is finally over!! Welcome to sun, sand and relaxation…Welcome to Royal Carribean Explorer of the Seas. We are both so happy and feel very blessed to be able to have you here at our wedding in Bermuda. We are especially honored that you have traveled this far to be a part of our marriage celebration.

Marriage is not a culmination; it is a beginning; the beginning of a life that will grow and change in ways more wonderful then we can imagine. Many years from now when we look back upon our life, love, and this day, we will remember that it was not the flowers, music, nor food that made our day so special; our memories of sharing the beginning of our lfe as husband and wife with you, our friends and family, will be what we cherish the most. Having you here for our celebration has made our wedding truly wonderful and we thank you for sharing in one of our happiest occasions.

O ladies, thank you ever so much for all of your wonderful letters. I leave for HI in 11 days and I'm really starting to freak out. Reading your posts is slowly bringing the reality of my DW to the surface. All ya'alls made me cry.....happy tears, of course.
