Wendy Hicks was our third TA we had been in contact and originally I was hesitant because she is on the opposite coast as I am.  She quickly got rid of all of my concerns.  With the second TA I had contacted I couldn't get her to respond to save my life!  After my initial email here on BDW, I had received a message from Wendy within 30 minutes!  I knew things were going to go well right from there!

I had pretty much decided which resort I wanted to go to, and although Wendy didn't know anything about the resort, she took the time to research it and even at one point took the time during one of her trips south of the border to check out the resort!  She then sent 30-40 pictures to us once she returned to the States.

Wendy did offer us other resorts that were comparable in pricing, but after her visit she was completely honest with me and was confident that Grand Palladium would be great for us.  She was absolutely right!! 

Wendy took care of booking all of our guests and then updated me as she progressed and got closer to the big day!  I couldn't have asked for anything else!  Wendy was absolutely amazing to work with, and we would gladly do business again with her in the future!
