I had my wedding at Ceiba in mid-March, 2011.  It was the perfect location for my group of 65 friends and family.  Every one of our guests stayed at the hotel, and we had a full week of relaxation and fun leading up to Saturday's nuptials.

The grounds are beautiful.  The rooms feel authentically Mexican, and are nice and clean.  If you're a bride, request the Penthouse in the building closest to the pier.  Its the best!  The pier is the reason I chose Ceiba as my wedding destination -- you just can't get a more beautiful or unique location.  And it fits up to 90 people, I believe.  (Only con was that it was super windy!)

As I was planning my wedding, Ceiba changed wedding coordinators 3 times, which was far less than ideal.  Paola took over, and while communication was difficult, we got the job done together.  In a perfect world, my original planner would have stayed at the hotel, but she took an outside opportunity to expand her career.  Overall, the staff at Ceiba is great.

The bottom line is, Ceiba is the perfect place for a small, adult crowd (although we had 2 children there, who had just as much fun as their parents!).
