I went to this resort as a photographer for the wedding but felt EVERY INCH the guest!  These guys are amazingly friendly and accomodating.  The bride said that they were just as concerned for great lighting as she was (which is excellent news for the vendors).  

Unlink many resorts I've worked with, they allow the bride and groom to bring in their own vendors!!!  NO PROBLEM!  They hired me (from the DC area), a local DJ outside of the resort and the florist.  It was perfect!  

The resort also gave her the options of bringing in fire dancers and a Mariachi band!  Seriously...when have you EVER seen that at a wedding.  

The planner was extremely on top of everything during the day, and stayed until the last song was played (and 25 of the 70 guests had jumped fully clothed into the pool...including the newly weds).  

The cake was gorgeous and to the couple's specifications...and fun party favors ($1 morrocos) could be easily found and purchased at the local markets in Playa del Carmen.  

I would recommend this location IN A HEARTBEAT!!  (Especially if I get to come along for the ride again!!).
