After working with Michael on several photo workshops in Africa, and being inspired by his works for National Geographic – we felt privileged to have him be the official photographer for our wedding in Tulum, Mexico.  Michael has the passion for what he does, and captures both landscapes and people in an amazing way!  Planning a destination wedding in a far away country can be stressful.  Weddings are such a special event in your life, that it is easy to be nervous to have just anyone infiltrate your event, and capture the images.  Michael did such an amazing job getting to know each and every person who attended our event, and he made them feel comfortable with his being there, and as such – the images reflect this friendship and comfort.  He also knows how to capture incredibly beautiful landscapes, and so is perfect for all of those Mexican sunsets, endless beaches, etc.  My favorite photo of the wedding was of us walking down the beach, with crisp footprints in the sand and my amazing white dress blowing in the wind!  Michael was easy to work with and allowed us to have a say in ‘how’ we wanted our event captured.  We did not want the standard wedding party still shots, we wanted the feeling, emotion and love to be captured – which Michael did perfectly.  We would not hesitate to recommend him as a wedding photographer – and if you are lucky enough to have found him, you will enjoy your wedding and have incredible photos to always remember your special day!
