We did enjoy our initial visit to the Live Aqua Resort - We did run into several issues (restaurant reservastions, broken umbrellas, mis-communication on cabana policy, etc.  The manager did address these issues for us but we did need to escalate.  BEWARE of the deals they are trying to sell you while you are there.  They told us things were included in the deal that later we found out were not and they have not stood behind their word.  Huge disappointment!!   They now have $1150 of our money and the included trip is NOT what we were told it was.
