We recently stayed at Casa Caribe (and held our wedding ceremony in the yard) and had the time of our lives.  I have been coming to Playa for a few years with my now *husband* and we stay in Playcar, Phase One.  Every trip, we would see this house (because it's the first house on the beach) and comment on how amazing the place must be and how perfect it would be to have a wedding in its gorgeously groomed yard.  Sure enough, we didn't have to think too long when trying to figure out where to hold our wedding ceremony/sleep for the week/put up our friends and family...we chose Casa Caribe. 

The yards are incredible but the house itself is spectacular.  It sleeps up to 10 people and is the perfect gathering spot for a weekend, villa wedding.  At this time, you can only book a stay at the property in order to use the location as a venue (which means that you can't book it for a certain number of hours), but if you're coming down for a destination wedding and you want to enjoy a villa/neighborhood, this is the best place you can find. 

You can book it through playabeachproperties.com and although expensive, if you're using it as a wedding venue, you'll find that it's really worth it.
