These guys did not do a stellar job.  First, their appearance was so-so.  They didn't look as sharp as the photographer and videographer from Arecife (Paradisus Punta Cana/Palma Real onsite photographers-- who were awesooooooome!!!!)  Second, they played our first dance song, Green Eyes by Cold Play, instead of Even Better Than the Real Thing by U2 for the introduction/entrance.  You can imagine how high energy and upbeat that was.... snore.  It was all I could do to keep myself from marching right up to them and telling them to put the correct song on!  During the reception my guests requested songs, but they didn't have them.  We specifically said no Reggaeton, and what do you think they put on for the cake-cutting?  My husband told everyone, "hold on," and walked over to the DJ and MC and said, "you already screwed up the entrance song, don't screw this one up too... now put on the song you have listed on the paper we gave you."  They did. Fine.  

The pros are that I didn't have to think about the timing of the reception (when to cut the cake, when to do the garter, etc.).  If you are more organized than I am, you may want to save the money and make a playlist and enlist a friend to announce the introductions and other MC stuff.  Good luck.
