Gulnara was a pleasure to work with. I wanted spectacular photos from my wedding and Gulnara pulled it off. She captured not just the day, but the moments that mattered, and her photo-journalistic eye brought them to life in a way that many with less experience can so often miss. She captured genuine smiles and the many emotions of the day. She somehow managed to be everywhere, capturing moment from all the right angles, but in a way that nobody really noticed her doing her work. I have attended weddings where that is not always the case. I sensed from viewing other people's photos of my venue that lighting could at times present challenges. Not for Gulnara. One of my fondest memories of the day was taking pre-wedding photos at Washington Square Park. We took a number of posed ones and then walked around the park just to "see what we could find." Gulnara even found a little cobble stone side street that felt like we had stepped back in time. We had so much fun, and it was a testament to Gulnara's ability to put everyone she meets at ease, that people in the park (musicians, artists, dancers, another wedding party, passerbys, etc.) extended goodwill to us in an effort to get some really fun, unplanned shots. I have received so many compliments on our photos.

I found her to be on the higher end price-wise, but I now have really great photos to last me a lifetime.
