NH Royal Beach All Inclusive Adults Only
We recently completed a week stay at the Royal Beach. The rooms were very large and comfortable. Maid service was very good except there was one day I had to ask to get the refrigerator restocked with water. The resort is beautiful and well maintained from the buildings to the grounds to the beach and all in our party of four had a great time. The only problem we had was that we were in swim up rooms and grass up next to the patio had died and we had to walk through mud to get from the pool to the patio. It appeared that all swim ups were this way and probably needs some attention as we made an unnecessary mess for the housekeeping staff to clean up. The other problem we encountered was the language barrier. Some of the staff spoke only Spanish while others did speak some English. I would think the requirement for English would be of a bigger concern for the resort. However, I did notice that many of the quests spoke a wide variety of languages and I doubt to staff could be required to be fluent in multiple languages. Therefore, I feel your web page should address this in some manor so people would expect to have communication problems. While I know that you cannot control the weather, which for the most part was beautiful for late March, the wind blew constantly the week we were there making the ocean really rough and we did not get to spend much time in the ocean. And while we were trying to relax on the beach, sand was constantly blowing in our faces. In closing let me say that you have a wonderful and beautiful resort. The area is great your people are great, especially Zamor, Randy and Wilkins. Thank you for a great vacation.
