First of all I would like to say that I could not have been any happier from the moment I left Chicago to get to Now Sapphire to my amazing wedding day, and to the days thereafter our special wedding day.

The resort has it all! They think of everything and can pretty much put together anything that your heart desires, and your mind visualizes of your special wedding day and memories of it.

Of course, my story begins like all the other brides that I have read reviews on like "no one is contacting from the resort"... "I dont have anything that I want picked out"... "they are not responding to my emails"

Girls! Stop and remember we have all been there and gone through exactly what you have and are going through. Take a deep, hold it; RELAX!!! Nothing to worry about when it comes to the professional experience you will get from the wedding staff at Now Sapphire. They are well equipped with anything you need and want. We all have a picture in our mind of what “the special” day will look like. SO BRING THE PICTURE WITH YOU, better yet send it to them and they can make it come to life.

Sandra my co-ordinator was absolutely AMAZING!!! She is a expertise. From the moment that I physically met her to the day that we left she left nothing but a smile on my face on how perfection is supposed to be. Until the day that I got to the resort I had no idea what anything would look like. Well... I lie I do know but it was a mere imagination in my head, up and until the moment I landed in Mexico. My wedding was 2 days after I landed (Monday) and I got there on the Saturday before. My fiancé and I sat down with Sandra for 2 hours and we went through everything together. I had pictures of what I wanted on certain items (flags, lights, seating, flowers, color theme) she said she could do it ALL!!.

The next day (Sunday) one day before the wedding I had planned an engagement dinner and to my surprise my wedding co-ordinator SHOWED UP. She showed up cause she knew we would be at the restaurant enjoying family moments, and just wanted to check in and make sure everything was running smoothly and to get anything that may have been missed. This was awesome and I was so damn happy.

The next day, my wedding dress was waiting for me all pressed in my room; awaiting to be worn and walked down the aisle with.

Girls!! Pictures are the only thing that will let you live the moment for a life time, please do yourselves a favour and if you want a good job, go with Rachel and La Luna Photography. They are a division under Del Sol. From the moment I saw their feet at my door step of my hotel room, to the moment they left, I didn’t even know they were there. Of course there were times that they wanted to capture shots of us on the beach, but when we were all mingling and having a blast it’s like no one was snapping shots. I actually got concerned at a point and thought where my photographers are. Can you believe they are so good at their jobs that you don’t even know they are there. But they definitely were and the pictures are proof. They were amazing and honestly you have to shell out a bit yes, but imagine life time of quality pictures to have is enough for me to re-live the moment over and over when I look at the pictures. They are so professional, from the moment you deal with them via email, to signing the contract and sending it to them, meeting them face to face and hugging them as they leave your event. We didn’t even wait long and they delivered everything that they promised, no strings or fine line.

All in all, the resort combined with my experience with La Luna was once in a lifetime and something that forever will be a memory on how perfect and amazing my experience was.
