I got married on January 8, 2011 at El Dorado Royale in Riviera Maya and was so happy to see Claudi Photo as one of the options of acceptable vendors.  Their fees are quite a bit higher than the other acceptable vendors but I believe the difference in pictures speak the reason.  Based on review of their portfolio, I selected Citlalli and her sister to be a part of our most important day.

We chose the 5 hour package and Citlalli arrived approximately an hour or so before the ceremony to obtain some shots of the bride getting ready.  Her sister headed out to the wedding location to get some pictures of the groom and his party and some of the guests as they arrive. 

First off, these two were amazing to work with.  Their english was excellent which made communicating so much easier.  I struggled with the on site wedding coordinators and usually gave up but with Citlalli, it was so easy.  Made the process so much more enjoyable.

They took an exorbant amount of pictures and at times it felt like I was holding the same pose forever but after getting the pictures back - I can see they were trying different angles and colors to get different perspectives.  We took different kinds of shots all over the resort and it was fantastic.  My husband and I had so much fun and I think it showed on my face as I had the biggest smile the whole time.  Sometimes I wish it wasn't quite so big!  :-) 

There are only two things that I wish were different.  I wish I had outlined ahead of time some specific pictures.  Particularly ones with certain guests or different kinds of fun group shots.  We have your standard groups but I wish I had a few more as there are some guests that I don't have any nice pictures of.  In the high following the ceremony, I was just unable to think clearly and missed the opportunity.  Had I outlined in advance, she would have known what to do. 

Also, it took roughly 6 weeks to receive the CD and pictures.  I'm not sure what is standard but dang, it seemed like forever!  Particularly because we are having an AHR and wanted to include pictures.  We pushed the AHR out to March so we could be sure to have the pics. 

Overall, they were a dream team to work with, provided us with extraordinary pictures, and gave us far more than we expected.  I believe we have over 500 pictures on our CD.  That is incredible!  I'm hoping to go back to the resort for our 1 year anniversary and if I'm lucky and pregnant, may inquire if they could do a pregnancy session with us.  :0)    Here are a few of my favorite pictures.....
