Pros: Finished product was unbelieveable,she made the day of the wedding so fun and effortless for us, always answered emails and photos were shipped fast
Cons: none!
Citlalli and her crew of Tamara and Jimmy are amazing photographers and fit in perfectly with our lighthearted and small wedding group, capturing every moment! They were on time, spoke great english and were so pleasant to work with. ClaudiaPhoto is one of El Dorado Royale's approved photographers, so we didn't have to pay the resorts extra fee and this meant Citlalli knew the resort so well that we were able to capture all of our shots quickly before it got too dark(we had a late, 4pm ceremony). The photos they took were breathtaking and we loved how they were unique and more artistic than every other wedding photos we have seen. Everyone we show our photos too say they look like they are from a magazine and they cannot believe the quality. Our wedding was on Dec 1 and by end of January we had all of our photos printed in an album and on a cd fed exed to our door! Our only regret is that we didn't hire Citlalli for more than 3 hours. We would have loved to have reception photos taken also after seeing how amazing the ceremony and cocktail hour ones looked. After agonizing about spending money on a photographer that we wouldn't meet until the day of our wedding, we are so happy we choose ClaudiaPhoto!!
