I cannot recommend Plug In Audiovisual enough. Every single interaction with them exceeded expectations. I was very nervous booking a company for our destination wedding without a referral from someone I knew. Everything I saw online seemed very positive, so I gave it a shot after some long nights searching. My husband and I are so glad we did it! It was truly the best day of our lives (and some of our guests mentioned it was the best day that they could remember as well), and I am so glad that Plug In Audiovisual could be a part of it. Katherine was outstanding as a point of contact. I don't think I ever waited more than half a day for a response (usually less). She even helped answer some questions I had that were more about the wedding, and less about the DJ. The process always seemed very personal, and professional. We wanted an EXTREMELY wide variety of music with our requests dipping into almost every genre imaginable. They made it work so well! Agustin and DJ Chuy were fabulous. Our reception could not have gone better. Everyone was dancing the whole time. The setup was fantastic including lights, DJ booth, and lighted dance floor. They did a site inspection a few days before we arrived in Mexico, which even made me feel better about our chosen wedding venue which we had never seen in person. They worked with guest requests, last minute changes, everything. It is so rare to find service like this in any industry, and I really cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you so much! Cannot wait for the reunion so we can do it all again (the guests are asking for this already one month later)
