From the moment I contacted Wright Travel Agency and connected with Patty Jordan I felt at ease. I knew that the wedding stress I tried so hard to avoid would not exist and that the planning of my May 2016 wedding would go smoothly. Patty was so informative and she made sure to answer any and all questions that I had. Patty was very patient with me and my husband and would hold phone conversations (she is based in California and I live in Connecticut) to make sure we understood the resort booking process. Patty went out of her way to help us find the perfect wedding resort to host our destination wedding which meant a lot to me because I was unsure of where we wanted to have our wedding initially. We had looked into the Bahamas, Dominican Republic, and Mexico and ultimately decided on the Riviera Maya area of Mexico. And might I add we LOVED our resort she suggested, Royalton Riviera Cancun, and so did all of our guests. Everything was perfectly amazing there and many people are planning to return to the resort. I received a lot of positive feedback from family and friends about their booking experience with Patty as well. They told me she was very professional and responsive which they loved. We also had the pleasure of working with Kristen Bullock. She dis a wonderful job of keeping in touch with me via e-mail and letting me know when guests had booked their rooms and were expected to arrive at the resort.
