My husband and I decided to book Plug In AudioVisual for lighting and DJ for our May 2016 wedding. We absolutely made the right choice. Our contact began with Katherine Neumann who is the Client Relations Manager. She was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive to all of the emails my husband and I sent. When we had our phone meeting two weeks before our wedding, Katherine, Agustin, and DJ Chuy answered questions regarding our music set list and made me feel at ease about the song selections I had made. This meant a lot to me because I second guessed a few of the choices made and they reassured me that the ones I had were awesome and that they were really excited about what we had picked. That then made me excited for what was to come. As mentioned before, Plug In AudioVisual provided up-lighting to set the mood in out ballroom reception location. The lighting really helped to bring life to our blue colored wedding theme: "colors of the oceans". We also had booked an illuminated dance floor which we couldn't keep people off of. It was the coolest thing. DJ Chuy did a wonderful job incorporating our "must plays" with hits he had on his computer and he stayed clear of our "do not plays" which we were very appreciative of. He did a great job mixing our style of old school hiphop and R&B with new music that is out today. All of our guests appreciated the great music that was played as did my husband and I. Everyone truly danced the night away which is every bridal couple's dream for their wedding reception. Our wedding was a blast with this company and they come very highly recommended for any bridal couple who is looking for a great DJ and lighting company in the Riviera Maya.
