From the beginning I knew that I wanted a Destination Wedding in Cancun, but since I had never been to Cancun, I obviously did not know where to start. After reading reviews about Wright Travel Agency, I knew this was who I needed to contact. In addition, a friend of mine who had also had a destination wedding recommended WTA to me.

I sent out an initial e-mail, and I think I heard back the same day. If it wasn't the same day, it was shortly after. Wendy Hicks was the TA who responded to my initial e-mail. Ever since Wendy responded to my initial e-mail, it was an absolute pleasure working with her. I started communicating with Wendy mid April 2014, exactly one year before my wedding in April 2015. Throughout this entire year, Wendy was always a phone call away. Nine out of the ten times that I called her (during her business hours), I was able to reach her. When I e-mailed her (which was the most efficient and easiest way to communicate), she always e-mailed promptly and answered all of my questions. She even e-mailed back on the weekends. Sometimes it was just to say that she would e-mail me back on Monday when she got back in her office. She is just wonderful at communicating, and to me that was the most important thing about planning a wedding in another country.

I had a total of 65 guests at my wedding, and every single one them had nothing but great things to say about Wendy. In fact, our experience with her was so wonderful, that everyone is already thinking of when to take the next family trip. Wendy is helpful, kind, and professional. She is also very knowledgable about the resorts in the area she works with. She recommended Moon Palace for my family because she said there was enough for everyone (of all ages) to do. She was completely right and this choice was the absolute perfect resort for my family.
