I'd been doing research for a travel agent to help us plan our destination wedding. My now husband and I knew we wanted to go to Punta Cana, but in terms of resorts there were just so many to choose from! We happened to run across this website with info on not only tons of resort, but on travel agencies. Low and behold, I get in touch with Patty Jordan & Kristen Bullock of Wright Travel. When I first reached out, I'd spoke to Patty about my expectations and how I was hoping to work with someone who could book all of guests' travel and keep track of funds (so I didn't have to)! She assured me that they'd handle all finances and would book rooms and flights if the guests wanted. And they did! After contacting several resorts my hubby and I had at the top of our lists, Patty and Kristen contacted each of them, worked out pricing for our group, and relayed the info to us for decision making. After we made the decision, they set up a web link for me to distribute to our guests for the easy booking process! They also provided a phone number where the guests could call too for any questions. And they sure did call with TONS of questions. Patty & Kristen returned answers to my emails at any time of day or night. And when they were out of the office they let me know beforehand! PLUS, Kristen went on a work trip to Punta Cana and let me know beforehand. She asked if I wanted her to take pictures of anything at the resort we booked. I gave her a list and sure enough, when she got back she emailed the pics of the areas of the resort I requested! We ended up having close to 90 guests book flights and various rooms through them without a hitch. AND they provided travel from the airport to our resort! When our flights were delayed by several hours, I'd contacted Patty & Kristen and they said not to worry; the transport monitored all flights and were aware of delays. Sure enough, our group's transport was ready and happily waiting for us at the airport.

We've been married a bit over 2 months now and my guests still cannot stop talking about how awesome Patty & Kristen were. I would have had them as guests at my wedding if I could!
