My husband and I wanted a wedding that was an experience not only for us but also our guests. Xcaret was that experience. It was amazing. We loved everything about our wedding and were so happy to have it at that amazing park.

Our planners were great. I say planners because we ended up having two. We started with Pablo but he had to hand it off because he had too many events that same weekend. Definitely understand. Normally I could see how this would be worrisome however, Cristel picked it up from Pablo like she had been with us the entire time. That was HUGE! She did a great job! They both did a great job.

The service was great, the food was impeccable and the experience was everything we both had hoped and dreamed it would be.

Communication - In regards to their communication I knew I would always hear from them within 24 hours. I have had experience with other venues in Mexico for various events and this is not always the case. Our planners communicated very well with us.

Pricing - yes, Xcaret is expensive but what you get in return is priceless. Well worth he money and we would do it all over again.

Music - our ceremony music was good, from what others tell me. The Harpist was f-a-n-t-a-s-t-i-c. He was super talented! The Conch She'll blowers were definitely a fun touch. We went with an outside band for the reception music and I would recommend this.
