We used Shoebox Photography after another photographer that we really wanted was booked and recommended them... I'm so glad she did! Rob and Melinda are amazing at what they do!

First off, the correspondence leading up to the wedding day is wonderful! Melinda does a fantastic job at responding in a timely manner and answering all of the questions you may have! I tend to be very OCD (as many brides) and through each email I felt more and more confident that Melinda would make our album perfect.

The day of was a little stressful, because of the amazing luck I have (insert sarcasm) things at my venue were a little less organized than usual however through all of the craziness Melinda and Rob continued to find amazing shot after shot. While getting ready I felt like I was being pulled in 1,000 directions at some moments however Melinda just simply kept a calm tone with me reassuring me that everything would be fine and the pictures would be wonderful. Having a calm voice was so nice and knowing that even amongst my madness she was capturing everything I wanted.

During the ceremony and reception I can honestly saw it was all a blur, I was trying to enjoy the moment and keep things in order so I couldn't even tell you where Melinda or Rob were however after receiving my photos I can tell you they were EVERYWHERE! There are so many small little candid moments that are my favorite photos and somehow they managed to capture them all! My guests were raving over how relaxed and natural they both were and watching them party to our reggae all night was indescribable! I honestly felt like they were apart of our guests.

The rock the dress the next day again was perfect! We spent close to two hours in a little town taking shots that captured the beauty of Dominican Republic and it all reflects in the photos! 

I cannot say enough good things about Melinda and Rob... they are professional, natural and so caring. I am no where near comfortable in front of a camera but my photos are GORGEOUS! I've gotten so many compliments on the few that we've shared and it is all thanks to the both of them!
