I chose to use Wendy to avoid having to answer all of my guests questions for our wedding in Mexico at Dreams Riviera Cancun.  I didn't want to have to worry about all of the payments and details of the hotel reservations.  Wendy negotiated the room rates and our transportation to and from the airport.  My guests had no issues, and everything went SO smoothly.  I did have some issues with the coordinator at the resort, and Wendy was even able to help me by contacting the rep for their main company.  She helped to smooth things over with the resort coordinators to make the planning less stressful.
