We got married May 3rd, 2014 and could have been happier with this resort. I have been to Mexico about 20 times and this one is one of my all time favorites. The location in downtown playa del carmen really sealed the deal for me when choosing a resort. My guests could walk around downtown playa every night before returning back to the hotel. The food is amazing, service is superb, and the beach is beautiful! You won't want to leave!

People were writing terrible reviews on TripAdvisor complaining about the sulfur smelling beach and loud construction next door. The beach had no 'odor' (none of my 30 guests complained about it either) and the construction noise next door was minimal (my husband and I were in a master suite right next to it and it didn't even bother us- plus, who camps out in their room all day???).

Love love love this resort! We will be back for our 1 yr anniversary!
