I really can't say enough positive things about Patty & Kristen at Wright Travel Agency and everything they did to make traveling to the Dominican Republic smooth for us and our nearly 60 wedding guests. They both were so patient, helpful, and friendly every step of the way, and we are so glad that we chose them as travel agents. We were skeptical about using a travel agent at first - as neither of us ever had, and we both perceived it as an outdated service. After reading reviews to the contrary, we decided to use an agency after all and are so glad we chose this one. They are so professional, so quick to respond, so full of information. They had even been to our resort and could give us details about all the different rooms and resort amenities. We spent lots of time on the phone talking to Patty and Kristen, and they were always eager and happy to help. They were quick to respond to emails, which I might add we sent very few of - they usually answered our questions before we had a chance to ask them. Not only were we happy with their service, but all of our guests had wonderful things to say about their experience with them as well. Numerous guests mentioned just how friendly and helpful they were. You cannot go wrong with these guys! :)
