Hi guys, before i start I want you to know that I'm NOT someone who travels much so my expectations and standard aren't that high. I dream of vacations, and never really get to go to on one so when I do I'm super optimistic and like what most travellers don't.

We went there to get married on May 9th, 2014. My wedding and everything that was wedding related came out beautiful. Monserrat the wedding coordinator was the sweetest person there, and made my vision come to life.

But that's all!!!!!

The rest of my days there were not so good. Food was NOT good, i think I must have like my food maybe ones or twice at most. Service was 50/50. There was some staff that were great and treated you so good, but the majority made sure to let you know that if you don't tip they will not even look at you. Trust me, i'm  tipper… and NOT $1 bill, but $5 to all the ones who were good to me. It's like they use their judgement on who has money and who doesn't. They look at your wrist first before they look at your eyes, so if you had no bling….forget it! they will get to you when they're done with anybody else that "looks" that they have more money then you.

My sister-in-law was even told off by a bar server because she was trying to get him to serve her for more then 10 minutes. He even told her to go to another bar.

I'm mostly upset because I brought this resort 48 guest, for my weeding. So i basically brought them plenty of business, and just feel so bad that they all spend so much money on a very bad trip.

I do have to say, the grounds were beautiful but everything else is just NOT worth your money.

Sorry to disappoint you, and if you do already have everything booked then make sure you take plenty of jewellery on your wrist and maybe you'll be treated better.
