The Best Moments Wedding and Beauty Company
I did not book with Martina, but I want to share my experience with future brides.
I initially fell in love with The Best Moment's work and was planning to book with them. I first emailed The Best Moments on Oct 15 and Martina was quick to reply with general pricing the very next day. We conversed a few more times on Jan 2 and Martina was quick to reply.
Jan 3, 2014 - I emailed Martina to see if they have a salon or a location outside of the resort so that I can avoid the vendor fee. I totally forgot that I sent Martina the email for a couple of months. Martina did not reply in between that time.
Mar 4, 2014 - I finally remembered that I emailed Martina on Jan 3 and then resend the email to Martina.
Mar 5, 2014 - Martina replied my email. She did not apologize or what not, she simply replied that they do not have a location outside of the resort.
Apr 15, 2014 - I asked her about whether she needs my hotel room for TTD. No reply.
April 17, 2014 - I emailed her again to follow up. No reply.
April 25, 2014 - I found another email on The Best Moment's website (INFO@TheBestMoments.com.mx) and emailed Martina again for follow up.
April 28, 2014 - Martina finally replied. No apology. No investigation as to why she didn't receive my previous emails. Just another simple reply that they will need the hotel room.
I really wanted to have Martina’s team come for my wedding. Unfortunately, with lack of response that I am experiencing, I cannot provide a good review or have The Best Moment be part of our wedding.
