My husband and I got married two weeks ago in the Mayan Riviera. We struggled with hiring a photographer from Mexico and not having the chance to meet them until our wedding day. When we found Jen & Manuel they seemed like the perfect package. I was able to meet with them back home in Canada prior to booking them, and immediately felt like we were in good hands. In the months leading up to the wedding they were good to touch base here and there, and to surprise us with small thoughtful gifts that just excited us more and more for the big day. On the day of the wedding Jen & Manuel arrived early to get their bearings and immediately started working, they were good to guide us through the day and made sure to catch every little detail and every important moment. Not only did they arrive early but they also stayed late to capture some amazing photos. Bicoastal Images made me feel comfortable and at ease, all the while being very professional in their work. Having our pictures so quickly allowed us to arrive home and share the big day with all of our friends and family, and it was due to their hard work that we could do this. We would highly recommend Jen & Manuel, they went above & beyond and we feel very lucky to have found them!
