We were so happy with HDC. Arnaud responds to emails promptly which is so helpful when planning a wedding at a distance. We met with Arnaud prior to the wedding. He totally put our minds at ease and answered all our questions. George was our photographer the day of the wedding.

For starters, he arrived 10 minutes early. He’s a very calm person so that was nice energy to have around while I was getting ready. He spoke to both me and my husband before the ceremony and gave us some great tips for things to keep in mind in order to allow him to get the best shots. (Simple things that are easy to do in the moment- go slowly, look at each other, etc). I never once noticed George during the ceremony- he was like a photo taking ninja. For the group pictures he was super patient and took every combination of pictures I asked for without making me feel like a bother. He did a really great job of directing people in both Spanish and English (we had guests from the US, Canada, Argentina and Chile). For our couples photos we were able to relax around him and have fun which made the pictures look natural and not forced.

Arnaud came to our resort to give us the CD of photos 2 days after our wedding- how’s that for speed? The pictures were fantastic! They were the same quality of photo as are shown on their website and blog. Everyone who sees the pictures says the same things- “Your pictures look like they’re from a magazine”. What bride doesn’t want to hear that?! In addition to the photos themselves being high quality, the shots were excellent. My family has a tendency to close their eyes (myself included), there was one shot in more than 300 photos in which someone has their eyes closed. I seriously don’t know how he did it! I would hands down, 100% recommend HDC to anyone looking for a great photographer for any event. We could not be happier with the service they provided and the pictures they took.
