Babs Vong...the lady that made my decision to have a destination wedding easy and with NO regrets! If you have any hesitation at all to use Babs and Wright Travel Agency, please don't! She will take care of everything for you and you never have to worry about anything with reservations. As a bride, we have so many other things to worry about and it was so nice to have Babs be able to be the go-to person for all of my guests travel and hotel reservations. I wouldn't have done it any other way and I was thankful for Babs everyday (especially when I knew she was being hounded by my guests with TONS of questions)!

Booking a Hotel - Babs went out of her way to send me all of the information I needed to know about the different hotels I was interested in for my wedding. She gave me the pros and cons of them all, gave me great suggestions and made sure each hotel she sent me matched the criteria I was looking for. When it came down to actually booking the hotel, she handled it all. To making sure the hotel was available on the day I needed, making sure the time and location was available when I needed and getting getting the contract ready to go for me. The hotel accidentally double booked me and Babs was so quick to find me other options. I even ended up booking in another country and she didn't bat an eye. From the moment I signed the contract for the hotel, everything else fell into place.

Booking Guests Hotel Reservations - This is where I loved Babs everyday. My guests hotels were booked through Babs and I didn't have to worry about a thing. I made sure to give my guests all of the information they needed online and in the Save the Date, and if they had any questions at all, I just directed them to Babs. She was a lifesaver! I love my guests, but I didn't have time to deal with all 60 of them everyday! Babs took care of all of them and they all said how quick she was to respond over email. They always got a response within 24 hours. One of my guests even said sometimes he wished she would have been slower to respond! HA! Babs is a little slow to respond over the phone (I don't blame her!), but she told me this ahead of time so I told all of my guests to just email her and it was never an issue. If you have any guests that just HAVE to speak with her, make sure they arrange a phone call time ahead of time and it will not be a problem. She always sent me the room booking report whenever I asked for it and even when I didn't. She was great at keeping me informed on what was going on, who has booked and who hasn't.

Booking Guest Transfers - Babs also booked all of my guests transfers from the airport to the hotel and back. Everyone said they had no trouble and everything went smoothly. Some of the guests said their names were not on the transport list, but that was not Babs fault. As long as they stated they were with the wedding and their name was on the wedding list, everything was good to go. No troubles at all with transportation and that is amazing for 60 people!

Promotional Items - Any promotional items that I had included with my booking (i.e. one free room for every 10 rooms booked, etc.) Babs took care of! I was a little worried that some people would not get upgrades where they should, but all promo items were taken care of with no problem at all. Absolutely no issues in that area which was great!

Overall - Babs is amazing! She knows what she is doing and she does it well. Please do not even hesitate in using Wright Travel for your destination wedding. It will save you time, energy and stress! I promise! Babs truly was a lifesaver and I couldn't have had the amazing wedding I did without her help. Getting 60 people from all over the world to one location for a wedding is a huge task and she tackled it with huge success. Thank you, Babs!
