We got engaged while staying @ La Mansion.  We loved it! 

The staff was super friendly and made us feel welcome from the instant we arrived until the moment we left.  Especially Juan Diego, Larissa, Edgar & Octavio! 

The property was beautiful!  We saw monkeys & a sloth at the hotel.  The pool & sun deck were pristine and the breakfast terrace area is so pretty!  We stayed in a Jr. Suite for 1 night & then were upgraded to Penthouse 2 ~ amazing. We saw some of the regular rooms on our way to the pool, they looked very nice as well.

Do not worry about the location being too far from the beach - there is a FREE shuttle every hour down to the main beach & the park entrance.  There is also a small public beach within walking distance where you can rent snorkel gear and splash around with the locals - we went every night.

I would recommend this hotel to any of the brides out there looking for a unique place for a destination wedding!
