If I could give them 0 stars I would.  Any positive feedback has been completely wiped out since like ChicagoBride2011, we have STILL YET to receive our wedding video and we were married over 2 years ago in July.  As many brides do, I diligently did my homework and researched all of my vendors prior to selecting them.  At the time, there were no negative reviews about Mediamorfosis.  After a couple of calls with Claudia and Erik the studio manager to get aquantanted and from seeing other couples beautiful videos, we selected Mediamorfosis as our videographer.  We had a contract and payment in place and the delivery of the short and long videos was supposed to be 6 weeks after our wedding.  Christian and team were onsite and very professional during the wedding.  As we wrapped up our day after photo shoot, I remember asking Claudia when we’d get our video and Christian said 6-8 weeks.  From that point on it was all down hill.

I’ve tried every angle possible and NOTHING has worked.  For the first year and half it was one excuse after another.  One day the video was being completed and just needed to be FedEx out, but the next week they were apologizing because they hadn’t actually started editing since they had been out of the studio and very very busy.  I was always the next bride on the list.  I’ve begged and pledded with them to just send me the raw footage so I can find someone to create the video for me, but they are no longer responding to any of my emails.

Again, like ChicagoBride2011 I’m heartbroken, very sad and angry.  I too feel robbed of my memories.  Please let this be a warning to all future brides, DO NOT hire Mediamorfisis if you ever want to see a video of your wedding.  Even if you have a contract and pay in full it means NOTHING!!  Having a wedding videographer was extremely important to us because we wanted to be able to share and relive our wedding with our little girl.  At this point I hate to say it, but the reality is we probably will never have the chance to do this.
