Pros: fast communication. Really knows about DWs.

This is the second time we are using Tammy. The first time was for my wedding at the Grand Palladium. Now it is for my sisters wedding in May 2011. I'll post another review after her wedding.
Tammy REALLY knows about destination weddings and has great contacts at the resorts. She was able to get half of our group free upgrades and was always easy to work with.
