I read several reviews from brides about Sara's work and when I decided to email her about doing hair (her partner Abilene) and makeup for my April 2013 wedding she responded right away. She was very polite in all her emails and answered all of my questions. Her portfolio is amazing but to actually see her work in person is even better. Sara and her team arrived 20 minutes early which was a welcome surprise on a hectic day and they got to work right away! They were very polite and professional and easy to talk to. While we were getting ready in the room one BM asked me if I thought her makeup was too much (she is a minimalist when it comes to makeup), and it was more then she normally wears but once you are out in the amazingly hot and bright Mexican sun it can tend to wash you out and the wedding day pictures all looked absolutely perfect with the make up and hair! Abilene followed the picture I showed her of my hair style perfectly and Sara did an amazing job with makeup and colors. We had no problems with hair falling flat or out and even though it was so incredibly hot our makeup all stayed pretty much perfect from the walk down the aisle to the last dance of the night. Sara and Abilene were an important part to my big day, it was just us girls getting ready in the room and they were laughing and talking with us and it just seemed like friends, it was perfect and I wouldn't have it any other way.
