Patty was great to work with! She was very prompt and very curteous during discussions (unlike some other agents in other agencies that we've worked with). She was willing to go with whatever we decided, and was very flexible, never pushing her own opinion. She gave us many alternatives, and helped us sort out all sorts of situations.
