When we began planning our wedding at Dreams La Romana Hotel (Dominican Republic) we had a great challenge in front of us: we had guests coming from the United States, but also guests coming from Spain, France, Holland and Mexico. Also I have family and friends in the Dominican Republic, so we needed group rates for the Dominicans, which is a completely different process than booking non-Dominican guests. I contacted Patty Jordan from Wright Travel Agency, and service was GREAT! She negotiated with the hotel the groups rates for the international guests, also opened a different process in order to accomodate the Dominican guests group. And even if my international guests booked their own flights, Patty was able to secure their airport-hotel transfers from both airports (Punta Cana and Santo Domingo) regardless the flight origin country and arrival time. It was great having my guests centralised with a single agency, giving me a great overview on each guest flight details, room  characteristics (I was able to check with Patty beforehand whether a King size or two beds were required for each couple of guests). So thanks a lot for helping out in such a complex trip organization.
