I got married last weekend in the Riveria Maya area and opted to use this florist for our wedding. I wasn't planning on writing a review but thought it would be good to warn other brides out there of what they can expect if they use this florist. The books that they show you are nice and the prices are right but the overall execution was a huge disappointment.

We had a point person who worked with us over the past 5 months who was rather flaky. She was supposed to send us examples of what our flowers would look like but weeks would go by with nothing. I understand that flowers need to be ordered in order to show examples so I was flexible with the presentation. My bouquet turned out nice but on closer inspection the flowers looked a little wilted. My husband and father's flowers had melted off their jackets by the end of the ceremony.

The saddest thing though had to be our table centerpieces. We were supposed to have three mason jars filled with beautiful local wildflowers, the jars wrapped in leaves to hide the ugly stems through the clear glass. Instead we got TINY jars covered in glue and paper (the didn't bother to make sure that the labels had been fully removed from the jars), no leaves covering the stems and they were TINY arrangements. It took my breath away when I saw them, they looked so sad and ridiculous on the tables. Lucky for me, I got married in a place that was very beautiful but I almost would have been better off with no flowers based on what I got. I really liked the girl I worked with a lot, she was nice and accommodating, but at the end of the day it is all about if you can deliver. I was really disappointed and the attention to detail is not at this company. It should have been perfect, clean jars, covered stems, and larger centerpieces. They skimped on me.
