Renaud photographed our beach wedding at the Paradisus Punta Cana resort in October 2012. We had originally chosen a different (cheaper) photographer for our wedding which ended up falling through and I cannot tell you what a blessing in disguise that was! From the first moment I contacted Renaud & Severine they were nothing but responsive and happy to answer any question I might have. It was nerve-wracking planning all the details from afar but Renaud & Severine made it easy. Renaud came to our resort several days before the wedding to introduce himself, help us set out the timeline for our wedding day and explain all of the details. It was very clear from our first meeting just how experienced, easy to work with, and passionate he is about photography. I especially appreciated his attitude toward working with us...he acknowledged that we were spending a lot of money and he wanted to make sure that we were happy with his work and got our money's worth. He was also able to help us find a fantastic videographer at the last minute.

The day of the wedding he showed up a few minutes early and was with us for every single photo worthy moment of the day/night. My guests all night long couldn't stop talking about what a great photographer & videographer we had. Any time there was something happening, they were right there in the thick of things to photo document it. A perfect example...At the end of the evening as Renaud & Manuel were getting ready to pack up they overheard my friends scheming to throw my husband in the ocean and Renaud's exact words were, "Oh, we can't miss that...." and they unpacked their gear & stuck around to make sure they didn't miss anything. I'm so grateful we have those priceless pictures in our album & DVD! I don't think any other photographers/videographers would have stayed a single minute past the hour you pay them for.

In addition to our actual wedding, we also scheduled a trash the dress session with Renaud. We originally scheduled it for the day after the wedding but my husband's suit couldn't get dry cleaned in time from getting thrown in the ocean the night of the wedding. Renaud was super flexible and rescheduled us for Saturday. The day of our rescheduled session it was raining and I thought it was going to get rained out but Renaud said he expected it to stop quickly & noted that often times the best pictures are actually taken when it's cloudy. He picked us up from the hotel right as the rain was tapering off and gave us a great tour of the countryside. We stopped at several places & got some beautiful pictures. He was right about great pictures coming from cloudy days!

Less than a month after our wedding, my husband & I were going to my grandparents for Thanksgiving who weren't able to make the trip to Punta Cana for the wedding. I really wanted to have pictures & video to show them but wasn't sure if it was possible given all the photos for Renaud/Severine to sort through, edit, etc. but they totally came through and got the whole package to me the Friday before Thanksgiving. If that doesn't get them 5 stars for customer service, I don't know what does!

Our entire experience with Photo Souvenir was nothing short of extraordinary and I couldn't be happier with my wedding photos.
