I actually found Patty on this website. When I contacted her, she responded almost immediately and she's been a flawless travel agent for us. We've had a lot of late guests making reservations, and she's been accommodating throughout. Patty sent us full documentation of the reservations two weeks prior to leaving with lists of everything needed for travel. She also sent me a cute little "bride" bag as a gift.
