I looked long and hard on the internet to choose the best people to capture my special day. I honestly was blown away with everything. The communication with Arnaud was excellent. Miljan the photographer, his vision and skills were amazing.

The initial enquiry was good with a fast response. I was emailed the packages that they offered and wasn't pressured or harassed to see if i wanted to go ahead with the booking. There were a few emails back and forth, they answered all my questions and I was satisfied with everything so far. I was sent a contract to sign and emailed it back. 

I chose the platinum plus package, but I only wanted 4 hours not 5, so negotiated a price. The value of the package is very good value for money. I got so much with the package. Others were more expensive and not many pictures. I looked at the other photos that they have taken for others and I loved their style of photography.

Making the deposit was very easy, they sent confirmation of payment. They advised me which time was best to get married, as they could capture the sunset pictures that I wanted. 

I'm from U.K, so was worried about if the photo's weren't to my expectations, and I couldn't re-do them. I did read so many excellent reviews and very good recommendations for HDC. I was nervous that I couldn't see them in person to talk through everything, but I did email Arnaud and he put my mind at ease about everything.

I got married at Dreams Palm Beach in Dominican Republic, HDC have captured many wedding there before, and the wedding coordinator did say they were very good. Miljan arrived on time 14:30 as we agreed. He took pictures of me in the Spa getting ready. We then went to my room and took photo's of my dress, shoes, bouquet and bridesmaids. I just let him do his thing. He went to Visit the groom and the boys in their room to take photo's. Miljan so nice and funny, we had such a laugh. I made some suggestions about the photo's that I wanted him to take, and he was more than happy to do so. Took plenty of photo's of everyone and directed us at times. Took plenty of group photo's and asked what other pictures we wanted. Then took myself and my groom to the garden for pictures of just us as a couple. Took pictures on the beach too. Miljan had finished what he needed to do, but he did use 5 minutes of his own time to go to the buffet area to take some photo's of my cake and wedding favours.

I gave Miljan a music CD that I wanted for my slideslow. The music was Chinese, so I described what was what. (incase I hadn't burned them in order.)

I had to leave the Dominican Republic before I got my photo's back from HDC, as we had to catch a cruise. Arnaud was in contact with my sister to deliver the photo's and to get the rest of the balance. I did email Arnaud to request that he sealed up the photo's as i didn't want my family to see my wedding pictures before I do!! And he did!! :) 

I was quickly emailed the link for my wedding album on HDC website. I was so blown away with the photo's. There were so many which my husband and I loved. I was really excited to go home and see the photo's that were printed and our DVD slideshow.

I love looking through my photo's. All my friends and family could access the site too, using my code. Everybody commented on the photo's and what an amazing job the photographer did. I have been recommending HDC to everyone!!... When I renew my vows, I'll definitely be booking HDC!!...
