My husband contacted Cinematik weddings and made the agreement with them. He said that they always responded right away and were super easy to get a hold of. We checked various videographers and thought cinematik did the best work for the price we were looking for. We couldn't be happier. I honestly didn't know they were there. Every time I see the preview video, I get tears in my eyes. I'm shocked at the fabulous job that they did.

May 21, 2013 - UPDATE  

We got our DVD/BRDVD at the beginning of April, a few weeks after the contract stated. The reason they stated was they had issues sending them.  Which we find strange since our photographers had no issues sending their DVDs. We really didn't mind the wait and that is really the least of our worries. The videos were good - we appreciated the work and creativity that went into them.  However they were 15 minutes short.  We were supposed to have 45 minutes and we got 30 minutes.  When my husband let them know about this, they blamed me (the bride)... that I had told them that I didn't like the religious ceremony.  Funny thing is, I never talked to them and they never asked me.  They offered to re-do the work and send us new DVDs/BRDVDs and my husband said that YES we'd like the 45 minute version of our wedding (per our contract) and we haven't heard from them again.  It's unfortunate that this is how they do business (this is their customer service) because their work is good and they put the pieces and music together well.
