My wedding was 8 months ago. I e-mailed them a few days ago and they said that it was almost ready. I hope that is true! If I get my video I will let you know. Please let me know if you get yours as well.

Have either of you received your video since this posting? I am considering booking them for our wedding day but am concerned after reading some reviews although I really like their work.

I haven't received anything yet but I'm still holding out hope. I'm sure that it just takes them a long time to finish all the videos. My wedding was also in June, which is a very busy wedding season, so I can understand if they are backed up.

In terms of their work on the day of the wedding, I think that they were outstanding. They were on time, very professional, and even stayed later than they were contracted to to shoot the last few hours of my wedding since we got a late start for the ceremony and had to push everything back. Judging them from that day, I don't anticipate that this is some sort of scam and they just ran off with my money. I think that the quality of the work they produce far surpasses the other companies that I looked into so I can only hope that my video does eventually come. If I do get my video, I will let you know.

Our wedding was in June as well. We loved working with Christian and Claudia however they are not responding to us as as we'll and we were married over 8 months ago. I'm staring to get worried. Keep me posted if you get yours.

My wedding was in spring of 2011 and I have not received my videos yet. A couple months ago I received a link to my highlight video via email but that is all. I've been married almost 2 years and I am very upset about this.

They just posted a wedding video to their website yesterday that took place in December 2011 so let that be a good time estimate as to when we can all expect our videos.

Brides -DO NOT use MediaMorfosis as your videographer!! It's been almost 2 years since my wedding (July 2011) and I still haven't received my video. It's been one excuse after another and now they they aren't even replying to me. It makes me sick to my stomach to think that we may never see the video from our wedding. Save yourself the heartache and pain. I wish that there had been postings/reviews like therthe ones here, because I never would've used them.

I had my two year wedding anniversary last week and I still have not received my video either. My last few emails have been ignored as well.

Has anyone been in contact with Mediamorfosis lately. My past couple emails have been ignored and just now I sent them an email and I got an error bounced back saying that that email address is "permanently failed." If anyone has an updated email address for them can you please share! Thank You.

I finally heard back from them a few days ago saying that they'll be sending our video on the 24th (of this month) and that they'll let me know the tracking number. All I can say is I sure hope we get it. It's been well over a year!!! They had sent an email in February indicating that it was done and that they were just waiting for boxes to ship it...really 3+ months? Anyways the email was from [email protected]

Sorry, I could not locate a phone number and have been sending emails like everyone else. Still no video as of this posting. 17 months and counting.

GUESS WHAT???  Our wedding video FINALLY arrived yesterday after waiting 18 months!!!  Christian had posted a highlight (private) several months ago and I didn't even know about it until I contacted Ivan Lucky Photography because he had commented on their work and what great work they do do.  So the scoop is that apparently (Ivan reported) that their studio manager is horrible and they have been unable to fire him/her because of their busy schedule and to find replacement.  I guess the studio manager is not doing his/her work and that's why we haven't heard any replies back!!  So Ivan was able to contact Christian for me and Ivan sent back a reply back within the next day and gave me the password and link to our highlight which said that it was posted over 3 months prior.  Ivan said that Christian has been trying to contact me as well, but to no avail (?).  I passed along all my contact info (shipping address, etc) and we finally got it!!!  Soooooooooooooo relieved and VERY impressed!!!  So based on the UPS shipment their contact number is (52) (981) 1271307.  I hope that helps!!!
