Sascha Gluck Photographer - Cancun, Mexico
Hola Ladies!!
I first want to congratulate all of you on your engagement and wish you the best in your planning and life after the BIG day. We recently got married in November at the Riviera Maya. I can tell you all about our day and how special it was, but honestly, I wouldn’t have the proof of it all if it wasn’t for the man who captured it. Sascha Gluck. That’s all you need to know. Hire him ASAP, and then read my long explanation on why you made the right choice…..
My husband and I are both journalists, we currently live in Manhattan and as you can imagine we were pretty picky when it came to choosing everything for our wedding ESPECIALLY our wedding photographer. We had seen many photojournalists, but frankly, it felt like they were all trying to take advantage of our celebration charging us a TON of money and besides we weren’t all that sold on their work either. Sascha Gluck not only has the talent but the heart to understand brides and their budgets. With his talent, I was surprised he wasn’t charging more, but then when my husband and I met him, we then realized how humble he is.
From the start, he responded to all our emails and questions really promptly. He adjusted to our times and events with no complications. He met up with us before our wedding day to get to know us and get familiarized with each other (who does that nowadays!!). The day of our wedding, Sasha arrived in my room and his assistant in my husbands room; both were with us ALL DAY on time and super professional with everyone. Sascha told me that he will always be with the bride no matter what! And it was so true, in all the craziness of the day from getting ready, to going back to the resort after forgetting my makeup bag, to heading back on the road, he was always following me, AlWAYS!
Although the importance of photography is priceless, it is such a blessing to have found someone SO talented and be so amazingly human and understandable, I think that is were true talent is. Sascha and his assistant have such a deep way of viewing people and objects. They literarily do see life in a different way and scope. Every single thing they captured is worthy of a magazine cover. Sascha’s last name, “Gluck”, means luck in German, but for us finding him was way more than simple luck, it was without a doubt a true blessing, the best gift my husband and I gave ourselves and the best gift we will give to our children and future generations to come.
Because at the end of the day that is all it’s left, your photographs. You can have the most gorgeous wedding, but if you don’t have someone who can capture everything in images, you basically only have your memories. And although memories are precious, when it comes to explaining them, a picture may just say a thousand words. Thank you Sascha and God bless you!
